Decision

[1] The Social Security Tribunal granted leave to appeal a decision of the Review Tribunal on September 23, 2013.

[2] Both parties to this appeal, without a hearing, agree that the matter should be remitted to the General Division of the Social Security Tribunal for a de novo redetermination on the merits of the matter.

[3] Accordingly, I order the following:

  1. (a) This matter shall be remitted to the General Division of the Social Security Tribunal for a de novo redetermination on the merits of the matter;
  2. (b) The Parties are at leave to make submissions on the form of hearing before the General Division, and on any other procedural matters, with the General Division; and
  3. (c) The form of hearing before the General Division will be determined by the General Division in due course.

[4] The appeal scheduled for November 26, 2014 is hereby adjourned generally.
